纸基覆铜板是国内销售通俗叫法，其专业名称叫XPC。
XPC单面板 Single Sided
xpc 是酚醛树脂覆铜箔层压板，具有良好的耐湿、耐热性及尺寸稳定性，并且适用于低温冲孔加工作业。
xpc is a paper based phenonlic resin copper clad laminate.It has good heat and humidity resistance and is suitable for cold punching.
